The Shangri-La Marathon Runner’s Handbook provides runners with all the essential information needed to prepare and run the Shangri-La Marathon. Including the 3-day event schedule, checklists, course information, how to prepare, race rules, participants and sponsorship information. Hard copies of the Runner’s Handbook are given out at the Race Check-In Meeting the day before the race.
