2015 CHECKPOINT STATION #5
Photos from the Inaugural Shangri-La Marathon & Ultra at checkpoint station number five at approximately the 10.5k mark. A major station for all runners to rehydrate and refuel. From here 21k runners do a u-turn and head back to the start to finish. 100k and 50k runners go right up to the sacred waterfall and return before following 42k runners to continue around the course loop to the finish line.
